3. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics

We use cookie-based Google Analytics by default on eligible public pages to measure page views, sessions, active users, traffic sources, approximate countries, devices and browsers. Analytics cookies distinguish browsers and sessions; they do not reliably identify unique people. We do not use these reports for personalized advertising.

Admin, authentication, private and payment pages are excluded. We send only approved public page paths and referring website origins, without query strings or fragments. We do not send names, email addresses, credentials, form contents or invoice details to Google. Google processes technical connection and device information; GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Reports may be delayed, sampled or subject to privacy thresholds.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare processes network requests to deliver and protect this site, including IP addresses, request metadata and security signals. Aggregate traffic reports may include bots and sampled estimates. Visits, requests and unique IP addresses are different measures and are not counts of unique people. Turning off Google Analytics does not disable essential Cloudflare delivery or security processing.

Optional AI Assistant

When available, our AI assistant sends the messages you submit and recent conversation context to Fireworks AI to generate responses. Please do not include passwords, financial details or other sensitive information. Chat contents are not sent to Google Analytics. AI responses can be incorrect; estimates and appointment requests require confirmation from our team.

The conversation is saved in this browser tab for navigation and refreshes, with a 24-hour expiry checked when the chat loads. End Conversation clears that local history; closing the tab normally clears its session storage. This does not retract messages already processed by Fireworks AI, whose processing and retention are governed by its service terms and our account settings. We do not store chat transcripts in our application database. We retain token-cost records and hashed network/session identifiers for abuse prevention for up to 32 days, cleaned on subsequent chat requests, plus aggregate monthly usage totals. An essential, one-day session cookie supports request limits; ending a conversation does not reset those limits.

Email Services

We use email services to send notifications and communicate with you. Your email address is used only for direct communication regarding your inquiries or projects.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
