I've founded and scaled multiple software companies myself, including online dating platforms that grew from zero to hundreds of thousands of members before I successfully exited. That experience — and a career that actually began in enterprise sales — changes how I approach every client project.

When I was building my own companies, I outsourced development around the world. I experienced the same problems many founders face: missed deadlines, poor communication, unfinished work, and projects that never matched the original vision.

Eventually I stopped outsourcing and built the capability myself.
